FLOW-RITE BATTERY WATERING SYSTEMS

The Millennium automatic battery watering system is specially designed for use with industrial and commercial batteries. Designed originally for forklifts, the Millennium EVO System can be used many other applications, such as mining equipment, locomotives, sweepers, etc. The Millennium EVO System consists of automatic shut-off valves interconnected with tubing that replace the existing vent caps so the operator may fill all cells from one single port. Once connected, water flows into each cell until it reaches the correct level, for a perfect fill every time.

Battery Watering Technologies offers basic, partially assembled and fully assembled kits. A basic kit includes all of the valves, tees, ends pieces and tubing required to assemble a kit. Basic kits are nice to keep on hand for stock or if you are unsure of the battery layout.

The Stealth Watering System™ is a float-based, single-point watering system that precisely fills all battery cells to the same level simultaneously. Watering batteries with the Stealth Watering System is safe, easy and affordable – and takes one tenth the time of hand watering. It is perfect for installations of 5 to 25 batteries and is best used with conventional charging applications.

The Stealth Watering System incorporates many unique features that make it the best in its class and the most convenient to install :

  • Lowest profile : When installed on a battery, the system sits lower than the intercell connectors, reducing the possibility of damage from the battery’s cables as they move over the battery.

Reliable Function

Precise Filling

AquaPro’s shut-off valve ensures an absolutely precise electrolyte level from the first cell to the last. Every fill cap will stop replenishing exactly when the required electrolyte level is reached in its cell.

Incline Tolerance

AquaPro’s shut-off valve works perfectly, even if the battery is 15 degrees out of level, because of the movable linked valve. The user does not have to worry if the vehicle is on an incline or level.

Series Connection

AquaPro’s shut-off valve allows the fill caps to be strung together theoretically without limitation. No parallel branches are needed.
