Maintenance / repairs
The longevity of your battery and charger fleet depends on regular, rigorous upkeep. Our maintenance and repair services are designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the current condition of your equipment, whether we work in our factory or at your business. Here’s an overview of our range of services.
At our factory :
- Capacity test. Our capacity test measures your battery’s residual capacity by simulating real-life use on a discharge bench. Our process is rigorous so we’re not afraid to provide you with the results!
- If your battery is showing signs of premature wear or rapid capacity loss, our desulfation process may be just what you need. This process may require a little more time, but it can give your battery a second life.
- Sometimes, all it takes is a replacement of cells, electrolytes and other components to breathe new life into your battery and delay the need to invest in a new one.
At your business :
- Diagnostics and inspection : This step is the most proactive way to keep your batteries and chargers in good condition. Our thorough diagnostics process helps us catch any issues early on. We can provide you with a full, detailed report, which will then help you budget for any necessary repairs or replacements.
- We have a mobile washing station to give your batteries a hot-water cleaning directly at your business. We recover and treat the wastewater at our treatment station, which is certified by Quebec’s Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement, de la Faune et des Parcs. We’re the only company in the industry to hold this type of certification. And we won’t forget your chargers: we’ll test their internal components or check and adjust the programming.
- Need a specific part? We’ve got what you’re looking for. We carry a wide range of new and used parts to repair all brands of batteries and chargers.
- Watering : To prevent their batteries from drying out or avoid overfilling them, many customers choose to outsource this task to a professional. You’ve come to the right place. We guarantee consistency and uniformity.

Although we can offer these training courses in a classroom, we prefer an “on-the-job” approach. We want to bring the classroom straight to you! Our customers love our flexible block-hour formula.
